Not only acknowledges it but also understands it. I truly understand why Olivia was being a push-and-pull, her fears are validated and I love that Carter acknowledges it. It frustrates me at first because Olivia always does the opposite of what she should probably do but as you all know it turned out for the better. I love that he’s very patient and understanding with Olivia. What I like about this book is their dynamic as a couple because *spoilers! they did end up together* I love Carter because he is such a funny and witty guy, and the guy does nothing half ass.
